We were hoping he'd do it while my parents were here, but he's a few days late:
This was our first take, and all the following ones weren't quite so successful, though he was very cute and smiley.
I'd imagine we're still a long way off from this being the primary mode of transportation. But still, I'm very excited. I can't wait til I can set him down at the park without worrying about splinters in his knees.

Wow, walking already! I loved watching James gain mobility. I'm glad he took a month from his first step to walking steadily. It was fun to watch the learning process.

baby proof, baby proof, and then baby proof again!!! i was dumb and waited until reggie was totally mobile and fishing things out of the toilet, eating things out of the trash can, and getting in all sorts of other trouble.
walking is pretty fantastic though--gives your arms a break!
Yay for first steps! In a few weeks your going to have a walker!

I can't believe how fast he's grown! I hope Rachael follows with those first steps soon! :)
